Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Lash Sweetheart is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once your package is in the hands of the postal carrier, we are unable to alter or control delivery timeframes but we’re always happy to help track your order if needed.

 

Lash Sweetheart is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please reach out to your local postal service to open an investigation.
