Because our products are beauty-based and made for personal use, we cannot offer refunds unless there is a verified error on our end (such as sending the wrong item).

Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all lash sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 days of delivery at support@lashsweetheart.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll gladly review your case and replace it if eligible.
